Multi-user option allows you to use it for others or different budget scenarios. Stores user name, day of month, paid or not, category, amount, and note. Pull down menu fields make entry quick and easy. With the beam function, you can beam one or all the item records to another PDA. A function to export your entries to a CSV text file. This file can then be imported by most popular spreadsheet programs.
